Memorial Day Weekend Family Camp
|
Kick off the summer with a fun-filled family weekend at Echo.
Archery, arts & crafts, mountain biking, fishing, canoeing, nature walks, team elements, land sports, and high ropes activities fill the days;
campfires and other fun family activities round out the evening.
Weather permitting we'll have swimming, sailing, and water skiing.
Memorial Day Weekend is a time away from "city life" with opportunities to relax or get involved, as you wish.
There are times for family activities as well as separate activities for adults and children.
Meals are provided Friday dinner through Monday lunch.
You and your family get ample time to experience the full range of activities and programs Echo offers:
swim, sail, relax with a book on the beach, take a field trip to pick blueberries, enter the talent show, square dance,
challenge yourself on the high ropes course, and much more.
Ring rides on the horses are free; trail rides are offered for an extra fee.
Meals are provided first day dinner through last day lunch.

Cabin Descriptions & Bathrooms
|
Accommodations are rustic, but have electricity. Bring sleeping bags or bedding, including pillows.
Adults often bring an air mattress or extra quilts for comfort.
Bathhouses with flush toilets and hot showers are a short walk from the cabins.
Our 18 camper cabins have 6 lower beds and 6 upper beds,
a fireplace heating unit to warm chilly nights, and a screen porch with a lake breeze and a glimpse of the water.
Our 11 peak cabins have 2 lower beds, 2 upper beds, carpeting, heaters, and a small screen porch for sitting.
Our 4 original staff cabins are the most basic, without heaters, carpeting or screen porches.
The smallest sleeps 3, and the others have 4 lower beds and 4 upper beds.
Bring your extended family or share a cabin with friends to meet the minimum cabin fees for August and September family camps.
Note that the minimum fee for cabins is indeed a minimum; every adult, youth, and preschooler living in a cabin is charged.
